Finance Board Meeting
August 27, 2016
Meeting Started at 9:00 a.m.

The Board discussed the Special Town Meeting to be held in September and also the continuing Broadband issue.
They discussed the costs to bring Broadband to the town. There are large payments that will be required before the process begins. The Board would like a copy of the schedule for the coming Broadband process.
Don has requested to see a copy of the warrants for the Special Town Meeting. He has been told that it is still in process. Jon is going request from the Select Board the copies of all public meeting documents regarding the warrant so that the Board can go over these as it is the Finance Board’s responsibility to draft a warrant. The Board has concerns and questions about this warrant.
Selectman Ken Basler came in to the meeting towards the end of the meeting. The Board discussed with him some of the items on the warrant. The Board has been asked to attend the Monday, August 29th Select Board meeting to discuss these warrant questions. Jon and Don will be present. The Accountant will also be asked to attend.
The meeting ended at 10:45 a.m.
