Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
March 6, 2014

Present: Donald Clawson and Stanley Ross
Also present for parts of the meeting: Barbara Gauthier
- Stan asked Don to review how everything is put together for the recap.
- The Committee worked on determining the levy limit for this year. Barbara Gauthier was called in to consult that the figures and calculations the Committee were using were correct. The Committee did not feel that we were in any danger and that the budget as presented right now was doable.
- It was concluded that there will need to be 2 ballot questions at the election both for debt exclusions for the rescue vehicle and the grader.
- Account overages and transfers from the reserve fund to cover them in the amount of $27,000 (had $30,000 available) were made/approved by the Finance Committee.
