Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
March 25, 2011

We met with Mick Garrold of MIIA and he made his presentation for the town’s purchase of general liability, worker’s comp & umbrella policy renewals for FY12. We will present his proposal and MEGA’s proposal to the Select Board at their meeting on Monday 3/28/11 and a decision will be made then.
We discussed the Committee’s prior recommendation on not increasing town employee wages for FY12. We will now recommend to the Select Board that town employees be given an annual increase in compensation of 2% for FY12. The vote on this recommendation was unanimous.
