1. Annual Report- Cheryl and Wendy G. volunteered to complete the report
2. Write article for the Monterey News, sharing with the community the applicants that have been selected and what their activity is: Wendy G. will write the article
3. Minute recorder- Wendy B.
4. Finished stuffing and addressing all acceptance letters, which will be mailed on the 14or 15 of this month.
