Meeting Minutes
Participants: Fiona deRis, chairperson, Steve Weisz, treas., Pat Salomon. Guests: Wendy Benjamin, Dayne Herndon, Pamela Johnson .
Fiona welcomed guests and gave an overview of Council’s work, and flux in intensity throughout the year, as we designate activities supported by state and town funds, and their separate fiscal years. Special effort and expense has been spent on Monterey Makers Studio Tour, which is featured for its benefits to both town craftspeople and artists and residents and visitors. We need to expand membership. (Tamara Hisn to be invited to next meeting again)

Would like to set up an “open mic” event “Monterey Has Talent”. Dayne Herndon will coordinate with talent sign-ups, making sound system available. Steve W. will check on space available and write up event for MN prior to 5/20 (MN deadline for 6/1). Dayne will get support for acility or publicity as needed. Projected date is6/12/15.
