Studio Tour: Wendy reported on plans for the day of tour: Saturday, Dec. 3rd with a Pre-Opening reception Fri. evening Dec 2nd from 5-7pm. at the Town Library.
Tour will begin at Library Sat. Lynne will pass out maps, register names of attendees. There is also a possibility of starting at Roadside as well.
Wendy is also planning a post tour reception at the end of day on Sat. Kit will make sandwich board and much advertising is being prepared to distribute by Pat. Diana and Roz will be available .. Wendy has a domain name: Monterey Ma CC.org-Studio Tour,
Grant Applications: 40 applications were received by postmarked date of Oct 15th. John had them numbered and listed. The committee did an overview of all and eliminated those not appropriate for Council grants. Others were distributed among members to be studied and reported on at next meeting. Final grant decisions are due January 15, 1012.
