Meeting called to order at 4pm
Present: John Heffernan, Maureen Banner (Co-Chairs), Roz Halberstadter,Wendy Jensen, Susan Johnson, Lynne Leavitt, Kit Patten, Kathryn Roberts, and Pat Salomon
Maureen asked for help with publicity because of computer capacity: Pat Salomon volunteered.
Pat will also call Mary Kate Jordan to check Meeting House availability dates for MCC programs we are scheduling. We are all saddened to hear of the General Store closing, which will definitely affect some of our activities. Ken has been a generous and good friend to all of us in Monterey.
Remainder of meeting concerned programming dates:
1. April or May: Bonner McAllester Nature Walk Maureen contact
2. May 21: Peggy Reeves Image Transfer 2 hour class Must use Meeting house for equipment and water. Max 8. Contact: Maureen
Council will underwrite all costs in lieu of charging participants
3. Memorial Day Weekend: Joel Schick and Robin: Two day workshop on Song Writing Library Fri nite Contact: John
4. June 17th and 18th: Audubon Society: Rene Laubach “Birds in Bloom” lecture in Meeting House (TBD) Fri, June 17th 7:15pm-8:15pm No maximum for participants
Bird walk: Sat. June 18th location: Benedict Pond or Diane’s Trail early morning 20 people maximum
