2. Monterberry Festival, May 29
3. Liz Quelar/Seth Farber, July 10
4. Pastel Workshop, July 16
5. Mushrooms of the Northeast, August 21
We welcomed new member, Diana Deacon to the Council. Maureen will assist Diana with the Town notification, Mass Council registration, test taking etc.
Maureen will work on posters for the upcoming events and also will publish schedule etc for the Monterey news.
Kit will be doing the outside signboard for these events as well.
Wendy and Kit are working on the strawberry shortcake requirements for the Monterberry Fest. We decided to gear the supplies to handle about 70 people.
It was agreed that we should schedule the 3rd Thursday of every month as a regular meeting date. This should eliminate any confusion as to when we meet. Obviously, when we do not have sufficient business we can cancel in advance. John will make these arrangements with Melissa and Linda Thorpe.
John will contact Mary Kate to confirm all dates for the event scheduled above.
John will check with Joe Baker regarding timing of the May 29 concert etc.
