CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Present: Claudia Crane, Dominic Stucker, Mark Little and Rebecca Wolin
The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
For Discussion:
- Chris Tryon came in to discuss the enforcement order issued to 4 Point Rd. He has spoken with DEP and will be working on the necessary paperwork for next month for this property only. The owner has inquired why 6 Point Rd did not receive the same enforcement order as work was done there at the same time.
- Kenn Basler and Shawn Tryon came in to discuss the Curtis Rd Bridge and the temporary repairs that we are looking into doing.
- Kenn thanked everyone on the committee for the volunteer work they do. As a selectman he supports the hiring of a Conservation Agent which would be paid for through fees collected and suggested maybe looking into sharing with the Town of New Marlborough. Claudia has been working on this and speaking to interested parties.
- Mail was reviewed.
- Minutes from 7/25/17 were approved as written.
