CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Town of Monterey, Massachusetts
MEETING DATE: 3/21/17
Present: Dave Dempsey, Dennis Lynch, Dominic Stucker and Rebecca Wolin
The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
Traynor – NOI - 74 Tyringham – reconstruct existing dwelling, garage, re-configure driveway and remove trees (T. Lovett is the project manager)
Sawyer Stuart of Berkshire Geo-Technologies was present to review the project details. This property will have a shared septic system. DEP has not yet issued a file number and the Commission requested additional information. This will be continued to the April meeting. They are also applying for a special permit with the Zoning Board of Appeals which the Commission sees no issues with for items that fall within their jurisdiction.
For Discussion:
- Mail was reviewed.
- Minutes from 2/14/17 were approved as written.
- The Commission discussed the Enforcement Order issued to 4 Point Rd.
- Mark Little met with the Commission, he is interested in joining the Conservation Commission.
