CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Present: Tim Lovett, Dave Dempsey, Claudia Crane, Dominic Stucker and Rebecca Wolin

The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
Hume – 73 Chestnut – NOI – construct stormwater detention basin and install portion of sewer line to service new building (D. Dempsey is the project manager)
Present: Robert Stevens, John Szablowski, Terry Hensley, Mike Kulig
A project overview was given as well as a narrative of Camp Hume. The Commission approved the project as submitted with the maintenance language from volume 2 chapter 2 of the stormwater handbook as special conditions.
Hume – 73 Chestnut - NOI – construct a new 2 story, 8,300sf lodge (D. Dempsey is the project manager)

A project overview was provided. The project was approved as submitted with no additional conditions.

Resnick – Amend OOC – 24 Lakeside Terr – reconfigure leach field (D. Lynch is the project manager)
Shannon Boomsma was present to review the amendments requested. The project was approved as submitted.

- Mail was reviewed.
- Minutes from 1/10/17 were approved as written.
- The Commission met with Mark Stinson of DEP to review forms, procedures, beaver issues, emergency situations and general questions.
