The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
Hume – 73 Chestnut Hill Rd – NOI – seven foot drawdown of Stedman Pond for dam repairs & improvements (B. Pixley is the project manager)
This project will be continued until the December meeting as there has been an administrative turnover at Hume and they are reworking the project.

Adams/Walker – 8 Lakeside Ave – RDA & SMA NOI (SMA14-01) - to lift the existing structure, pour a new foundation, construct a deck and screen porch (Rick Andrus is the project manager)
Chris Blair recused himself from these hearings as he has a financial interest. These hearings were continued from the October meeting. The newspaper advertisement incorrectly stated that a new septic was being installed; there are no changes being made to the septic or water systems. Dennis Downing, representative for the Adams/Walker project was present to review the project. The Commission approved the project as submitted and issued the RDA as a N3. The Commission approved the SMA Order of Conditions as well.
Hartman – 37 Stevens Lake – RDA - to shift & widen the existing driveway, replace existing stone landing and steps, install a stone wall and retaining wall, repair failing channel walls as needed, expand stream bed, remove and reset northernmost bridges and stepping stones and install a water feature , expand road, install electric and water lines to the barn, create a parking area, demo existing patio and boulder/stone walls and install new stone patios and steps, boulder and stone retaining walls and a pergola (B. Pixley is the project
manager)
This hearing was continued from the October meeting. Keirstan Berringer was present to review the requested culvert replacement plan. The Commission and Keirstan discussed DEP’s opinions on the project. The project was approved as submitted as a N2.
Schwartz – Request to extend DEP File # 230-0249
The applicant is requesting written acknowledgment regarding OOC file #230-0249 regarding an automatic update to the OOC under the Permit Extension Act until January 12, 2016. The memorandum provided was signed.
Hayes Lentz – 76 Tyringham Rd – Enforcement Order/Violation Notice – work done without proper permitting
The applicant has not yet submitted the required RDA as noted in the Enforcement Order.
