Present: Richard Andrus, Timothy Lovett, David Dempsey, Christopher Blair and Betty Pixley
The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
Mensi – 18 Sylvan Rd – Request for a Certificate of Compliance DEP file #230-0258 (C. Blair is the project manager)
Shannon Boomsma of White Engineering was present to review the work that has been completed. Chris Blair made a site visit and recommended approving the request for a certificate of compliance. The Commission unanimously approved issuing the Certificate of Compliance.
Rapp, 247 Beartown Mtn Rd – RDA – remove trees within 100ft of a stream (R. Andrus is the project manager)
The owner and representative were present to review the project. The Commission unanimously approved the project as submitted as a N3.
Student, 8 Laurel Banks – RDA – remove stump and invasive plants within 100ft of Lake Buel (B. Pixley is the project manager)
Laurie Student was present to review the project. The Commission unanimously approved the project as submitted as a N3.
For Discussion:
1. Mail was reviewed.
2. Minutes from 7.10.12 were approved as written.
3. The Commission reviewed a special permit application for Clapp at 109 Pixley Rd and responded to the Board of Appeals that the project does not fall within their jurisdiction.
