Jenkins – RDA - 210 Hupi Rd – construct garage and alter driveway (C. Blair is the project manager)
Ian Jenkins, homeowner and Chris Tryon, representative were present to review the proposed project. He’d like to construct a garage which would be located in the outer riparian edge of the 200’ riverfront area of a perennial stream. The Commission approved the project as a N2. The driveway expansion and turnaround are out of the Commission’s jurisdiction.
For Discussion:
1. Mail was reviewed.
2. Minutes from 2.14.12 were approved as written.
3. The Commission reviewed updated plans for the low pressure pump system at Gould Farm. Since they are requesting an amendment to their current OOC the applicant will need to submit a filing fee to pay for the advertising, in addition, the applicant must follow the requirements of abutter notification as if filing a Notice of Intent as described in the Act. M. Noe will notify Eric Martin of Gould Farm tomorrow.
