The meeting convened at 6:05 pm.

6:05-7:40
1. Kaminstein – 18 Woodland Dr – SMA NOI –SMA06-12 – Construction of single family house and septic on property with greater than a 15% grade (Lovett)
Represented by Shannon Fields of White Engineering and house designer, Paul Clark. Judy Kaminstein present.
Presented revised plan: Proposed to replant wetlands with semi-herbacious plants after old house removed and to maintain area. Proposed placing large rocks around wetland to prevent lawn mowing. House satisfies maximum 20% coverage of lot. No work being done in flood plane.
This hearing is to be continued. CC wants to see a post construction planting plan for a 30 ft wide buffer zone plus a plan for path or paths to dock and swimming area. If they complete the drawings sooner than the next scheduled meeting, CC will call a special meeting.
2. Kaminstein – 18 Woodland Dr - WPA NOI 230-0233– Demolish existing single family house and construct new house in buffer zone to Lake Garfield (Lovett)

Enforcement & Emergency Orders:
1. Kelly/Nadler Enforcement Letter
2. Melissa will set up a compliance site visit to Lombardo on Mt. Hunger to review the house construction project and the wetlands restoration. The applicant is responsible for special conditions 1-5 of the OOC and must supply a copy of the order that has been filed in the Registry.
CC signed a certificate of compliance in regard to Sutton (log removal).

3. Ahye property on Rte. 23: Shannon will send a letter describing the revised septic location and CC will send back a letter of approval.
