The meeting convened at 6:05 p.m.
6:05pm – 6:30pm Public Hearing - Leavitt, 64 Worth Lane, Amendment to OOC
Shannon Boomsma of White Engineering, represented the Leavitt’s. Existing house and there is an approval for 2 additions and a 2nd floor. They would like to remove the house into dumpsters (there is no change to the footprint) and put in a frost wall. The change in scope of work is to demolish both the existing house and foundation and rebuild the project as new. The board closed the public hearing and approved the amended order of conditions.
6:30pm – 6:45pm Public Meeting – Blaskey, RDA, 578 Main Rd Continued from October 11, 2005 meeting
Issued the DA with a N3 determination with conditions. The applicant must notify their project manager, Tim Lovett within 48hrs of commencement of the project. All disturbed areas to be mulched and seeded to stabilize after construction. Excavated materials should be stockpiled outside of the first 50 feet of the buffer zone.

· Reviewed and discussed letter from Rick Larsen re: Drawdown of Royal Pond, Rt 23 Towns of Otis & Monterey. A letter will be drafted and sent to Mr. Larsen.
