Assessors Meeting, July 15, 2017

Meeting began at 9:40
- The Board discussed the request of the Finance Committee to use the BOA’s office space to hold their meetings. The Board voted to allow this request.
- The Board discussed with their Clerk who is also the Clerk for the Finance Committee the use
- of the Board’s office equipment for Finance Committee minutes. The Board voted to allow this
- request.
- Don Clawson discussed his meeting with the new Accountant. Don has been granted signatory rights for payroll and invoices.
- Don Clawson discussed with the Board the use of engineering studies for assessing purposes.
- The Board has received a study for a property in Town. Don discussed the study with the Board and the Board agrees with the study and finds the property is unbuildable and it will be coded as necessary in the database.
Meeting ended at 10:00.
