06-23-2017 Assessors Meeting Agenda
In Attendance: Stan Ross, Bob Lazzarini, Don Clawson
Meeting began: 10:00 a.m.
1. The Board discussed the request from the Principal Assessor to purchase an iPad to use when working out in the field. Don will research to find the best product for his use and will check with Patriot Properties as well. He will also order the digital pen and an Otterbox for protection. The Board voted to make this purchase.
2. The Board also discussed a memo received from Melissa Noe, Administrative Assistant regarding Board Member Don Hopkins. Stan will check with Melissa to see if Don Hopkins ever cashed the check from September 2016 and did she do a check for May and June 2017.
