- The Board discussed the abatement application from Marsh Brook Trust, David Dempsey Trustee. The current assessment is $136,600. The Application is for a reduction in assessment. The applicant requests the assessment be reduced to $65,000. The Assessor and Chair of the Board both reviewed the property and have determined that the lot is buildable and is an M2 designation. This lot meets all the qualifications of a conforming buildable lot. All buildable lots in that designation are assessed at $130,700 for a building lot. Upon reviewing the property and the application, we have voted to deny the application. We will notify the applicant in writing of the deny vote.
- Don Clawson updated the Board on what he is working on. He is continuing his work on reports for DOR and updating building permits in the database.
- Today’s minutes were approved.
