1. The Board of Assessors discussed changes in assessment procedures involving waterfront or lakefront. Discussion of properties of the border region of the lakes and waters in the area of the waterfront. These situations should be looked at individually and the assessment made after careful evaluation of the property. Therefore our policy should be:
a. Lake frontage that has limited usability for normal lake activities should be assessed according to the judgement of the Assistant Assessor.
b. Impaired navigable channels should be assessed at values of 0-25% of full lake frontage assessment, depending on the extent of the impairment.
