The Board discussed the continuing review of land influence factors. Robert Lazzarini, as noted in the minutes of the September 6th meeting, has been working on the land classification project and presented to the Board the work that he has done to date. The Board discussed properties with conservation restrictions and decided on two types of conservation restrictions. The Board also discussed how to reconcile the few errors in the database. How the Board assesses lakefront property was discussed. The Board discussed property that has the potential to be developed in the future. Robert will rewrite the standards and policies of the Board of Assessors at the conclusion of the project.
