- Outside Inspection Project – The Board Members and Principal Assessor have all been out inspecting properties. Don Clawson has finished updating maps 101 through 106 and has increased the growth by $647,100. This project is beginning work for FY 15.
- Chapter Values – The Chapter Values have been updated.
- LA3 – Ready to proceed as soon as the DOR opens the gateway
- Extraction Problem in AssessPro software has been resovled with assistance from Patriot Properties
- Rowland property abatement – See below for information on this abatement request. After working with the Roland’s and CAI Technologies the mapping is now corrected and the Assessors will proceed with abatement.
Note: From the minutes of May 11, 2013. In reviewing the Roland application, the Board also reviewed the submitted appraisal. The appraised value of the building exceeds the assessed value. The remaining land and yard improvements assessed value is standard for the entire town. This request is denied.
