26 Sylvan Rd – Green – RDA – remove rotting retaining wall and replace with boulders (Little) |
12 Riverwood Way – Johnson - NOI - to construct a 3 bedroom single family home to be serviced by the existing infrastructure (Crane) |
New Hearings:
Padalino – RDA – 10 Phelps Rd – to construct a replacement septic system in a buffer zone.
Weisman – SMANOI – Fairview Rd., Map 219 Lot 8 – to install a Subsurface Disposal System. The
project is located in a mapped mountain region.
Ravine Falls Trust – RDA -Trout Pond, Map 405 Lot 13 – Dam Repair. Portion of the project is within the limits of Monterey.
Enforcement & Emergency Orders:
- LADS Beach Assoc.– 44 Sylvan Rd. – Emergency tree removal.
