The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 3pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Lauri Aibel, Trustee of Buel Nominee Realty Trust to build a 10’ x 26’deck to the existing building. This project is located at 34 Laurel Banks in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 956, Page 169. Record Title is in the name of Lauri Aibel.
