9 – 9:30am: Fire Department
*New operating agreement
Highway Department

9:30 – 9:45am: Joint pole hearing – Sylvan Rd

9:45 – 10am: Joann DeRosa, National Grid

10 – 11am: Work with Finance Committee on FY17 budget

11am - end of meeting:
*Authorized signatory listing
*Create procedural checklist for large projects
*Discuss Collins Center UMASS coming in to make an independent report relative to the organization and operations of the Town, TA necessity and possible job description
*Approve 2/16 & 2/22/16 minutes
*Sign/review Treasurer and Accountant warrants
*Review mail

Future Meeting:
*Fire Chief: selling fan boat
*Long range plan for Lake Garfield & Lake Buel
    -Reschedule lake summit meeting
*Create a Memorial Day plan and clarify everyone’s roles

If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order an officer.
