NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 3pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for Roger & Carol Kane to rebuild stairs to code and make handicap accessible with a lift, existing kitchen, bath & laundry will also be updated to accept wheelchair access. This project is located at 30 Sackman Way in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 8, Page 274. Record Title is in the name of Roger and Carol Kane.
