MONTEREY PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING THURSDAY JANUARY 8, 2015
The Monterey Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday January 8, 2015, at 7 p.m. at the Monterey Town Hall, 435 Main Road, Monterey MA.
purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a list of zoning bylaw changes proposed by the Zoning Board of Appeals. The ZBA describes the proposed changes as follows:
1. To correct inadvertent omissions in transitioning from the old zoning bylaws to the revised edition that was adopted in 2012;
2. To clarify and update certain sections, and;
3. To create consistency between certain sections.
