- Recommendation: Gradually condensing the warrant – review samples and continue discussions after town meeting

FY16 ATM Warrant Items:
- Amend retiree health insurance bylaw?
- Increase legal expenses line item
- Breaking out the paid positions for the library into director and part time staff for transparency (currently they are lumped together)
