NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 3:00pm at the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, to act on the petition for a Variance under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws and MGL Chapter 40A Section 10 for Abbot A Bronstein and Carol Ladewig Bronstein Trustees of the Bronstein-Ladewig Family Trust to construct a 14 x 19 screened in porch on the north side of the house with entry into the existing dining room and exit to yard on the west side. This project is located at 244 Mt Hunger Rd in Monterey. The property is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, Book 862, Page 110. Record Title is in the name of Abbot A Bronstein and Carol Ladewig Bronstein Trustees of the Bronstein-Ladewig Family Trust.
