10 – 10:15am: Finance Committee to discuss Treasurer salary overage

ECAC Items:
- Recommendation: Gradually condensing the warrant – review samples and continue discussions after town meeting
- Part time positions, policies for pay and time off
FY16 ATM Warrant Items:
- Amend retiree health insurance bylaw?
- Increase legal expenses line item
- Breaking out the paid positions for the library into director and part time staff for transparency (currently they are lumped together)
Long Range Discussions:
- Compensating some unpaid positions on boards and committees
- Monterey School
- Community Center
- Edith Wilson’s will and the Bally Gally property
- Continue discussions on creating a Town Facility Task Force including the transfer station
