Enforcement & Emergency Orders:
1. |
Barlow – 34 Camp Half Moon Rd – Enforcement Order – tree cutting in buffer zone, dropping cut trees into a BVW and flood plain, construction activity in buffer zone w/o erosion controls, destruction of a BVW and possible filling of land subject to flooding |
2. |
Dolber – 142 Main Rd., Enforcement Order (sent 8/12/09) owner has ignored the enforcement order, Commission is contacting town counsel and DEP about pursuing legal action |

Smith – Send enforcement order after reviewing pictures taken from the lake (Chris has the file) |
