Continued Hearings & Meetings

Town – follow up on Enforcement order issued
2.
Lombardo – 62 Worth Lane – ANOI – add a 30’ x 30’ addition to north side of existing house (Lovett) continued from the May 2014 meeting
3.
Hume – 73 Chestnut Hill Rd RDA – construct a gymnasium (Blair) this part of the RDA was continued from the May 2014 meeting; applicant must provide further calculations on the water management

New Hearings & Meetings

1.
Schutzmann – 19 Laurel Banks – RDA – install a seasonal dock (Pixley)
2.
44 Hupi Woods – Request for Certificate of Compliance

Enforcement & Emergency Orders:

1.
Barlow – 34 Camp Half Moon Rd – Enforcement Order – tree cutting in buffer zone, dropping cut trees into a BVW and flood plain, construction activity in buffer zone w/o erosion controls, destruction of a BVW and possible filling of land subject to flooding
2.
Dolber – 142 Main Rd., Enforcement Order (sent 8/12/09) owner has ignored the enforcement order, Commission is contacting town counsel and DEP about pursuing legal action
3.
Smith – Send enforcement order after reviewing pictures taken from the lake (Chris has the file)
4.
Miller – 24 Carrington Battelle Rd – do follow up on planting plan submitted in April of 2010

Misc:

1.
Approve minutes from 5.13.14 meeting
2.
Outline procedures for dealing with downstream impacts.

Deadline for paperwork submittal for the Tuesday, July 8, 2014 meeting is: Monday, June 30th by 2pm.
