Monterey Planning Board Public Hearing Notice
The Monterey Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Saturday November 30th, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.
The purpose of the hearing is two-fold: first, to discuss a zoning bylaw proposal regulating the installation of Large-scale Ground-mounted Solar Photovoltaic Systems (LGSPS) and Utility-scale Ground-mounted Solar Photovoltaic Systems (UGSPS); and second, a proposal for a moratorium on medical marijuana clinics in Monterey. The text of the proposed LGSPS/UGSPS zoning bylaw and the moratorium on medical marijuana clinics are on the Town of Monterey website: http://www.montereyma.gov/Public_Documents/index.
