Sign payables warrants
Review mail
Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Send letter to departments/positions that job descriptions are not on file for (Tax Collector, Part time Library Staff and Trustees, Lifeguards)
- Discuss transferring all town insurance oversight to Select Board/Melissa/Maynard
- Discuss departments that have not submitted town report after 3 requests
- Review travel/mileage reimbursement policy for volunteers & contractors
- Review 2 requests for one day alcohol/special event permits from Roadside Café/Gould Farm
- Discuss documents from Town Clerk regarding Ethics Training; make recommendations on positions to exclude from requirements – Town Counsel provided exemption list
Continue working on FY14 Budget/Annual Town Meeting Warrant
ECAC Recommendations to discuss further:
- Instituting a two tiered town/employee split
- Exploring adding a couples tier to the current health insurance plans offered
- Gradually condensing the warrant
- Handbook
- MGL Chapter 151A Section 2 and the Principal Assessor position
- Support of Memorandum’s of Understanding

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
