10 – 10:30am: D. Logan, Lake Buel Prudential Committee to bring in documents from CT Male Engineering firm
10:30am – end of meeting: Administrative
- Approve 1.7.13 minutes
- Sign payables warrants
- Review mail
- Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Send letter to departments/positions that job descriptions are not on file for (Tax Collector, Treasurer, Part time Library Staff and Trustees) email request sent on 10/29/12
- Discuss MGL Chapter 151A Section 2 and contractors working for the town
- Town insurance: continue discussions on responsibility
- Discuss departments that have not submitted town report after 3 requests

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
