Welcome Brian Domina from The Berkshire Regional Planning Commission
- Call meeting to order and take attendance.

- Work on and review Large-Scale Ground-mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation (LGSP) bylaw. Brian Domina from BRPC will review the bylaw with us and make comments.
