- Approve 6.18.12 minutes
- Sign payables warrants
- Review mail
- Annual appointments/reappointments
- Recommendation for citizen(s) to the Employee Compensation Committee
- Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Continue discussions on the creation/updating of the Employee Handbook/Personnel Policy (see updated copy that combines 1993 version and DRAFT of updates)
- Continue follow up on request from Town Clerk to research town’s policy on health insurance benefits and part time employees. Review Town’s Counsel’s advice & supporting case law on the matter as well as survey of surrounding towns.
- Discuss waiving of fee for town hall HVAC Phase I installation
- Reports from Wayne on the Monterey Water Board meeting and the regional Select Board meeting in Tyringham
- Township #1 Day at Bidwell House

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
