- Approve 5.21.12 minutes
- Sign payables warrants
- Comments and a review of the Memorial Day Events
- Annual appointments/reappointments
- Continue discussion and recommendations for members to the Employee Compensation Committee
- Additional recommendations to the Monterey School Study Committee
- Follow up on misc bylaws approved at 2011, 2010 & 2009 town meetings and the AG’s response; Linda Thorpe to provide reports/AG approvals to the Board – M. Noe requested the documents again on 1/18/12 with no response
- Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Whitbeck transfer station sticker
- Accept M. Forbes’ recommendation to use LePrevost for HVAC Phase I - Sign proposal
- Continue discussions on the creation/updating of the Employee Handbook/Personnel Policy
- Monterey General Store unpermitted event

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
