9 – 9:15am: Chief Backhaus – Police Dept Updates
9:15 – 9:30am: Pat Salomon to present a citizen petition for the annual town meeting warrant
9:30 – 10:30am: Finance Committee
- Continue review FY13 Budget requests with Board
- Discuss raising the transfer station sticker fees
10:30 – 11am:
- Approve 2/27/12 minutes
- Discuss Remote Participation 940 CMR 29.10
- Update on obtaining town credit card
- Town Reports still not received after 3 notices: Select Board (J. Sylbert), SBRSD, School Committee Rep, Cemetery Commission and Town Clerk – SB sent notice with due date of Feb 29th
- Follow up on misc bylaws approved at 2011, 2010 & 2009 town meetings and the AG’s response; Linda Thorpe to provide reports/AG approvals to the Board – M. Noe requested the documents again on 1/18/12 with no response
- Administrative items; write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Review and amend Personnel Policy/Employee Handbook; Select Board has copy to review and approve if acceptable

Update COA bylaw to read more clearly 3. Revise alarm bylaws; Chief Backhaus will supply the Board with a draft proposal, Board would like Shawn Tryon, Fire Chief to review as well and submit suggestions |

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
