- Approve 10.24.11 minutes
- Joint pole hearing WR# 9219890 (original hearing was in February 2011); see Maynard’s attached letters, vote on and sign paperwork
- Follow up on misc bylaws approved at 2011, 2010 & 2009 town meetings and the AG’s response; Linda Thorpe to provide reports/AG approvals to the Board
- Administrative items, write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Review and amend Personnel Policy/Employee Handbook; Select Board has copy to review and approve if acceptable

Update COA bylaw to read more clearly 3. Revise alarm bylaws; Chief Backhaus will supply the Board with a draft proposal, Board would like Shawn Tryon, Fire Chief to review as well and submit suggestions |

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
