- Approve 8.8.11 minutes
- Follow up on Verizon pole request (cable on ground from Otis)
- Public records request complaint
- Bylaws/AG’s approval
- Administrative items, write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
- Write letter regarding beach property
- Review updated health and benefits comparison from surrounding towns and employee comments; Schedule a meeting with employees
- Review and amend Personnel Policy/Employee Handbook; finalize

Town Bylaw sections to review/update/create: 1. Town Report Section – update 2. Amendments 3. Revise alarm bylaws; Chief
Backhaus will supply the Board with a draft proposal, Board would like Shawn Tryon, Fire Chief to review as well and submit suggestions |

- Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order a constable.
