- Call meeting to order / attendance
- Read minutes from 3-10-11 and 3-24-11; amend and/or approve.
- Hear business from surveyors or anyone presenting a Form A
- Hear business from the public; five minutes per citizen regarding current issues on the agenda.
- Discuss the Annual Town Meeting:
- Report from the board to the Town re: Telecomm Bylaw proposal
- Who will be attending Town Meeting?
- Any new news on new member?
- Reports from Board members
- Leonard; let’s standardize the agenda protocol and due dates so members have time for feedback/changes.
