Planning Board Agenda for Thursday March 24, 2011
- Call meeting to order / take attendance
- Read minutes from 3-10-11; amend and/or approve.
- Hear any business from surveyors re: Form A or other.
- Discuss Telecommunications bylaw and vote if necessary relative to the following items:
- Setback discussion – report on map research
- Eliminating broadband internet from bylaw – report from TC
- Report re: Richard Comi
- Review changes being made to current bylaw revision:
- Permit expiration date update as per Building Inspector – 180 days as per Mass law February 2011
- Monitoring towers – random inspection and inserting the word “random.”
- Business from the public regarding telecommunications bylaw. Five minutes will be allotted to anyone needing to address the board about issues currently on the agenda.
- Business from the public unrelated to telecommunications bylaw revisions.
- Ideas for new Planning Board member
- Open mail
- Reports from board members
