7 – 7:30pm: Site visit at Bally Gally

7:30 – 8pm: Review draft winter road policy and edit if necessary, administrative items, write correspondence, review weekly employee reports, etc.

2.	Vacant appointed & elected positions Historical Commission, 2 empty seats Parks Department - 1 empty seat Employee Compensation Committee – 1 empty seat (Monterey Citizen) Memorial Day Parade Committee
3.	Review and amend Personnel Policy/Employee Handbook *Town Clerk suggested the Personnel Policy should be separate from Town Bylaws
4.	Town Bylaw sections to review/update/create: 1. Create a noise ordinance? 2. Town Report Section – update 3. Amendments 4. Revise alarm bylaws; Chief Backhaus will supply the Board with a draft proposal
5.	Schedule & host an emergency management meeting.
6.	Waiting on Town Counsel response on Town Beach survey/EW will
7.	Basement upgrade/renovation
8.	Procedure for all season/year round camp applications
9.	Bringing back “I Love Monterey Day”

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he does not withdraw, may order a constable.
