3.	Review and amend Personnel Policy/Employee Handbook *Town Clerk suggested the Personnel Policy should be separate from Town Bylaws
4.	Recommend to Planning Board to update/revise the following Bylaws: 1. Town Report section 2. Amendments not listed 3. Revise alarm bylaws; Chief Backhaus will supply the Board with a draft proposal
5.	Schedule & host an emergency management meeting.
6.	Waiting on Town Counsel response on Town Beach survey/EW will
7.	Basement upgrade/renovation

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 39 § 23C: Regulation of participation by public in open meetings. No person shall address a public meeting of a governmental body without permission of the presiding officer at such meeting, and all persons shall, at the request of such presiding officer, be silent. If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he does not withdraw, may order a constable.
