1. Kelly/Nadler, 535 Main Rd – review wetlands delineation sent in by Kelly Granger & Parsons continued from 5/07 meeting; no show at June – Sept meetings
2. Pearson, 111 Chestnut Hill Rd – NOI 230-0244 – remove siltation from an existing fire pond (Lovett) waiting on an amended NOI, J. Bach will follow up with Ms. Pearson on the status of this
3. Levkoff, 26 Eaton Rd – NOI #230-0246, SMA RDA08-02 – improve existing walkpath, construct new walkpath and beach area and install a dock with a boardwalk on Lake Garfield. (D. Dempsey) continued from July meeting, additional information received on September 15th
4. Levkoff, 26 Eaton Rd – SMANOI 08-03 – to further develop the site while maintaining the existing single family residential use of the site. (D. Dempsey) continued from the August meeting, additional information received on September 15th

1. Schwartz – 66 Art School Rd – NOI continue the pond program maintenance to prevent the establishment of invasive species and to preserve desirable water quality (T. Lovett)
2. Rosen – 20 Point Rd RDA - to construct a 12’x14’ 2nd story addition (T. Lovett)
3. Blair – 23 Mt Hunger Rd SMARDA – SMA08-03 to clear brush to create a hiking/cross country ski trail and to clear brush (other than Mountain Laurel) and dead trees to expose the stone wall on the southerly boundary of this property and to clear brush near the existing garage (enforcement order sent previously) (C. Blair)
4. Erlich – 26 Northwest Cove Rd RDA to seasonally install and maintain two docks, one floating and one suspended plus a canopy which will all be removed in the winter months (enforcement order sent previously) (D. Dempsey)
