1. Kelly/Nadler, 535 Main Rd – review wetlands delineation sent in by Kelly Granger & Parsons continued from 5/07 meeting; no show at June – Aug meetings
2. Pearson, 111 Chestnut Hill Rd – NOI 230-0244 – remove siltation from an existing fire pond (Lovett) continued from December hearing; waiting on an amended NOI, J. Bach will follow up with Ms. Pearson on the status of this
3. Levkoff, 26 Eaton Rd – NOI #230-0246, SMA RDA08-02 (needs to be signed off positive)– improve existing walkpath, construct new walkpath and beach area and install a dock with a boardwalk on Lake Garfield. (D. Dempsey) continued from July meeting Correspondence received on 9/2/08.
4. Levkoff, 26 Eaton Rd – SMANOI 08-03 – to further develop the site while maintaining the existing single family residential use of the site. (D. Dempsey) continued from the August meeting

Enforcement & Emergency Orders:
1. Erlich Enforcement Order – 26 Northwest Cove Rd – built a new dock without filing an RDA and providing a valid Chapter 91 license, also moved an existing dock without filing with the Con Comm. (did not get letter until after advertising deadline, will submit papers for the October meeting)
2. Blair Enforcement Order – 23 Mt Hunger – clearing in a mapped scenic mountain area without permission. See email from Rick about conversation with John Fields.
