1. Kelly/Nadler, 535 Main Rd – review wetlands delineation sent in by Kelly Granger & Parsons continued from 5/07 meeting; no show at June – January meetings
2. Melzer, 35 Bidwell Rd – SMA RDA – SMA07-03 – (Bach); OOC needs to be written and signed – revised narrative was presented at 12/07 meeting.
3. Town of Monterey, Lake Garfield – NOI – winter drawdown (Blair) continued to a future meeting; meet with Select Board for input on OOC
4. Pearson, 111 Chestnut Hill Rd – NOI 230-0244 – remove siltation from an existing fire pond (Lovett) continued from December hearing; waiting on an amended NOI
5. Pyramid Network Services, Mt Wilcox – RDA – develop new and existing radio sites at the top of Mt Wilcox (Dempsey) review correspondence with DEP since last meeting
New Hearings & Meetings
1. Kamenstein – 18 Woodland Drive – the Board requested an updated drawing #01-09-08G showing the actual foundation position and an actual first floor elevation (Andrus) (response submitted on 1/22/08)
2. Ahye – 656 Main Rd – the Board requested and updated drawing #03-11-06D showing the current foundation location relative to the vernal pool adjacent to the front door and a first floor elevation that ties into the side elevation (info provided on 1/25/08)
3. Rothschild – 4 Brewer Circle – the board is requesting a large fill pile in the buffer zone be covered – site inspection to be done by C. Blair
4. Catino – 31 Sackman Way – NOI #230-0245- to upgrade the septic system to conform to Title 5 and WPA standards, construct a garage and realign the driveway, stabilize the shoreline and add a deck. (Andrus)I
