1. Kelly/Nadler, 535 Main Rd – review wetlands delineation sent in by Kelly Granger & Parsons continued from 5/07 meeting; no show at June - November meetings
2. Melzer, 35 Bidwell Rd – RDA – path to lake and dock (Bach); continued from 8/07 meeting waiting on a letter from Okerstrom Lang (11/07 meeting)
3. Jackson, 179 Mt Hunger Rd; review drawings submitted, sign DA
4. Town of Monterey, Lake Garfield – NOI – winter drawdown (Blair) continued to a future meeting; meet with Select Board for input on OOC
5. Monterey General Store, 448 Main Rd – request for Certificate of Compliance DEP file # 230-192 (Blair) need a letter from the Engineer
New Hearings & Meetings
1. Perelmuter, 14 Woodland Dr – RDA - to maintain the vegetative cover, improve plant diversity, eliminate runoff erosion and flooding, provide safer property use conditions and create vistas of Lake Garfield from the house (Dempsey)
2. Regan, 5 Buckingham Lane – RDA – install new roof on existing bldg and construct a 5’ x 40’ walkway alongside and attached to house replacing the steps currently there (Bach/Andrus)
3. Pearson, 111 Chestnut Hill Rd – NOI 230-0244 – remove siltation from an existing firepond (Lovett)
4. Yearwood, 3 Mt Hunger Rd – RDA – add screen porch and deck on existing house (Andrus)
5. Ukena/Catino, 31 Sackman Way – Certificate of Compliance
Enforcement & Emergency Orders:
1. Parks Department – work in Buffer Zone without permit (Beach and Town Park)
Misc:
1. Review Mail
2. Approve minutes from 11.13.07 meetings
3. Prepare procedure for filing to repair/replace a dock for website.
a. New docks require Chapter 91 approved application and RDA filing.
4. Outline procedures for dealing with downstream impacts.
