Continued Hearings & Meetings
1. Kamenstien, 18 Woodland Dr. – Issue an amended OOC (reviewed and approved at last meeting)
2. Kelly/Nadler, 535 Main Rd – review wetlands delineation sent in by Kelly Granger & Parsons continued from 5/07 meeting; no show at June & July meetings
3. Brown, 24 Point Rd – NOI – reconstruct a single family home within 100’ buffer zone (Blair); continued to August meeting waiting on confirmation from Building Inspector that it’s not a zoning violation
4. Melzer, 35 Bidwell Rd – RDA & SMA RDA– path to lake and dock (Bach); continued from 5/07 meeting; Commission wanted to make a site visit and is waiting on a letter from Okerstrom Lang. no show at June meeting
5. Jackson, Mt Hunger Rd; continued from 6/07 meeting, need copy of plans and properly filled out paperwork (address and Map & lot #’s), sign DA – no show at June meeting
6. Alpert: Fallen retaining wall/Request for 3rd amended OOC; continued – waiting on final set of plans from White Engineering then sign amended OOC
New Hearings & Meetings
1. Gould Farm, Gould Rd – NOI – construct three cabins and add an addition to a fourth existing cottage for use as staff residences (Bach)

3. Prepare procedure for filing to repair/replace a dock for website.
