2). Proposal to change Section VIII.B. 1.b. Exceptions which do not require a building permit.
3) Presentation of proposal to make the construction of Accessory Dwelling Units a use by right for properties that are 2 or more acres and are outside the Lake Shore District.
4) Adjourn hearing.
5) Planning board to vote on bylaw amendments.
6) Update on letter from Building Inspector and response from Town Counsel.
7) Read minutes fron 3/9/06; amend/approve.
